• Supervise daily operations of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio
• Ensure comprehensive training for all beauty advisors
• Oversee the online class reservation system
• Support visual merchandising and sales organization
• Engage with vendor representatives for effective training

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a comparable position
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to attract talented team members
• Comfort working in a fragrance-filled space
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
