À propos du poste :
Tu possèdes une expérience en implantation de solutions ERP, tu comprends les processus d'affaires et tu aimes accompagner les clients dans leur transformation technologique?
Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste fonctionnel ERP / Conseiller(ère) en implantation .
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable d'accompagner les clients dans l'implantation, la configuration et l'adoption d'une solution ERP , principalement destinée aux entreprises du commerce de détail.
- Analyser les besoins d'affaires des clients et configurer la solution ERP selon leurs opérations.
- Piloter et coordonner les projets d'implantation, de la planification à la mise en service.
- Accompagner la migration des données et les phases de tests.
- Former les utilisateurs et assurer leur accompagnement lors du déploiement.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et assurer le suivi de plusieurs projets clients.
Le profil recherché
- Expérience en implantation et configuration de solutions ERP.
- Bonne compréhension des processus d'affaires et des notions comptables.
- Expérience en coordination ou gestion de projets d'implantation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, formation et relation client.
- Excellente maîtrise du français, anglais fonctionnel souhaité.
Des atouts qui peuvent te démarquer
- Expérience en commerce de détail, idéalement en quincaillerie, matériaux de construction ou centres jardins.
- Connaissance des systèmes de points de vente (POS) et de gestion des stocks.
