We're looking for someone who notices the discrepancy nobody else caught, takes genuine pride in getting the details right, and still wants to be close to the action in one of the most fast-moving corners of financial markets.This is a hands-on operations role at a crypto-native hedge fund. You'll be a core part of the team responsible for executing our operational workflows — trade lifecycle, digital asset operations, reconciliations, and more. If you're someone who finds disorder genuinely uncomfortable but thrives in an environment where the markets never stop, this role is for you.You'll report into the COO team and work closely with trading, technology, and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Crypto Operations:Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutionsMonitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactionsOwn trade lifecycle processes: trade capture, margin tracking, settlements, and reconciliationSupport operational security processes and elevate issues as neededMiddle & Back Office Operations:Execute post-trade processes including daily reconciliations, margin management, collateral monitoring, and trade settlementsMaintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners — and push back when something doesn't add upOwn internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentationOperational Execution:Execute core business operations including compliance procedures and vendor coordinationKeep workflows humming between research, trading, compliance, and technology teamsSpot inefficiencies and drive process improvement and automation initiativesTrack and report on operational KPIs and process metricsTechnology & Infrastructure Support:Liaise with engineering on system monitoring and incident documentationSupport business continuity testing and documentationHelp implement and maintain middle/back office technology platformsRequirements
5–7 years in operations at a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services businessDirect experience with digital asset operations — custody, settlements, DeFi workflows — strongly preferredMeticulous attention to detail;
