Influencez l'avenir du commerce de détail en tant que Directeur de Catégorie chez Les Compagnies Loblaw Limitée. Ce rôle clé exige leadership, stratégie et un fort sens commercial. Avec une expérience de 5 à 7 ans en marketing ou merchandising, le Directeur de Catégorie collaborera avec les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs de vente. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des assortiments de produits, de l'élaboration de rapports hebdomadaires, et du développement de promotions efficaces. Ce rôle est essentiel pour comprendre le marché et coacher une équipe vers l'excellence opérationnelle. Key Responsibilities: • Développer des programmes de catégorie avec les équipes format • Produire des rapports hebdomadaires détaillés • Mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'assortiment de produits • Développer des promotions percutantes pour votre catégorie • Former et guider les membres de l’équipe vers leurs objectifs Requirements: • 5-7 ans d'expérience en marketing ou merchandising • Excellentes compétences en communication • Solides compétences financières et P&L • Capacité à prendre des décisions orientées client • Diplôme postsecondaire ou expérience équivalente Démarquez-vous en apportant votre expertise en direction de catégorie et en créant des opportunités de croissance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
