Truck Driver, Heavy Truck Roadline Trucking Location Langley, BC Salary 36.85 hourly / 40 to 70 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience Will train Work Location s may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. Asset languages Hindi Panjabi Responsibilities: Load and unload goods Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo Transport and handle dangerous goods Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) Driver's License (Class 1 or A) Experience and specialization Type of trucking and equipment Flatbed Transportation/travel experience Local Long-haul Provincial/territorial Additional information Security and safety Valid passport Criminal record check Driver's validity licence check Driving record check (abstract) Drug test Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Willing to travel overnight Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Until: 2026-07-16
