You'll advise leaders on important areas like workforce planning, employee relations, and succession strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expertise on HR policies and procedures
- Support workforce planning and change management
- Manage performance evaluations and investigations
- Act as an advisor for employee accommodations
- Utilize analytics to guide leadership decisions
- A minimum of 6 years HR Business Partner experience
- Education in Human Resources or Business administration
- Strong organizational and initiative-driven mindset
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication
- Bilingual candidates preferred
