  • Offer expertise on HR policies and procedures
  • Support workforce planning and change management
  • Manage performance evaluations and investigations
  • Act as an advisor for employee accommodations

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years HR Business Partner experience
  • Education in Human Resources or Business administration
  • Strong organizational and initiative-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in interpersonal communication
