Your role includes building user profile management tools and delivering backend processes aligned with PB4P goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements with stakeholders
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and build tested solutions
- Support stakeholder validation and document deployment steps
- Develop user profile management for customer experience
- Provide post-implementation support and maintain documentation
- 8+ years in Remedy ARS Development
- 3+ years with SQL and Smart Reporting
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in JIRA or bug-tracking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
