Digital Media and Community Specialist

Job Responsibility:

The Opportunity

You'll be in charge of building the community around the RideWrap brand. Creating and managing social posts, engaging on forums, attending events, working with riders and ambassadors, and more. You will build and engage the riding community.

You're a self-starter, strong communicator and have a solid grasp of time management. You will have your hands in many different projects and be responsible for delivering results safely and on-time in a very fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial, as well as the ability to execute with excellence. This role will play a key role in marketing to customers and businesses as RideWrap progresses through its high growth trajectory.

RideWrap provides high quality bicycle protection accessories. It's core product, protection wrap kits are engineered for the best fit and highest coverage in the market and have an insatiable demand in the sea to sky corridor and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Create photo, video, social, graphic, and other content that follows brand guidelines and supports business goals to increase global brand awareness
• Managing and engaging on our social media platforms and content postings, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube etc.
• Strategise content ideas that will engage our ideal audience and preferred markets
• Collaborate and engage ambassadors and riders to curate and create unique content.
• Managing the overall relationship between RideWrap and our athletes and ambassadors
• Engage with the community in person and online.
• Develop strategic plans for various platforms and initiatives. Manage the use of platforms.
• Tracks KPIs to find opportunities, and stay relevant in the current markets
• Own the organization of the content library.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various other elements of the overall marketing strategy and execution
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and ambitious.
• People person. Big personality.
• Experience creating and posting high-quality assets and content.
• Education with emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications is an asset.
• Experience with marketing/brand work is an asset.
• Excellent English language and writing skills.
• High degree of organization, attention to details and level of professional conduct.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Keen interest in the biking industry.
• You love to create stuff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
