Bing UX Researcher - Quantitative Focus

Join the Bing Coherence and Framework team as a UX Researcher with a focus on quantitative analysis. Your expertise will inform design decisions through valuable insights derived from user research. In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive research projects utilizing A/B tests and telemetry data to identify user needs and preferences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that your findings lead to meaningful product enhancements. This fast-paced environment requires adaptability and a keen understanding of user-centered design. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze quantitative UX research projects
- Identify patterns in data from experiments and telemetry
- Create engaging storytelling presentations of research results
- Work closely with product teams to influence design decisions
- Support experimentation cycles for evolving Bing SERP experiences
- Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction required
- 5-7 years of quantitative UX research experience
- Proven skills in behavioral data analysis and experiment design
- Knowledge of current design system practices
- Comfortable working in rapidly changing environments
