Urgent Care Paid Media Manager

As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care, you lead paid media for urgent care groups operating multiple sites. You manage account strategy across several clients, own the roadmap, and explain performance clearly. SEO remains separate, keeping your focus exclusively on paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
- Test creative and decide when campaigns should end
- Maintain conversion tracking and trusted attribution
- Build roadmaps and grow long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Three or more hands-on years with Google Ads and Meta
- Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns yourself
- Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
