Our People & Change Advisory team is seeking a Manager to strengthen our Management Consulting practice. We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in organizational transformation, change management, HR transformation, workforce strategy, and AI-enabled ways of working. The successful candidate will work alongside senior leaders to help organizations navigate complex transformations, accelerate adoption, and realize measurable business outcomes.

• Lead and deliver large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, including workforce transformation, organizational redesign, operating model transformation, and enterprise change management programs.
• Advise clients on HR Transformation initiatives, including HR operating model design, employee experience, workforce planning, talent strategy, workforce optimization, and HR function effectiveness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that increase stakeholder engagement, adoption, and business readiness across transformation programs.
• Support organizations in preparing for and implementing AI-enabled workforce transformation, including Generative AI adoption, workforce readiness, capability building, change impact assessments, and employee enablement strategies.
• Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, stakeholder engagement activities, and transformation planning exercises.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify organizational challenges and develop practical, people-centered solutions.
• Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery, strong project governance, and effective risk management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams and build long-term relationships across organizations.
• Support business development activities, proposal development, market pursuits, thought leadership, and the growth of People & Change offerings.
• Develop intellectual property, insights, and market-facing content related to Change Management, HR Transformation, Future of Work, Workforce Transformation, and AI Adoption.
• Coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Support engagement economics, resource planning, and overall project delivery excellence.

• Experience leading transformation programs in areas such as Change Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Design, Workforce Transformation, Talent Transformation, Learning Transformation, or Future of Work.
• Demonstrated success managing complex transformation initiatives within consulting, professional services, or large organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and practices, including stakeholder management, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption planning.
• Experience supporting HR Transformation initiatives involving HR service delivery, talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, operating model design, or HR technology implementations.
• Understanding of Generative AI and emerging technologies, including their impact on organizations, employees, leadership, and workforce transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering engagements on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, business development, and client management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• A passion for innovation and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve delivery excellence and client outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements.
