Three or more hands-on years with Google Ads and MetaDocumented movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metricsAgency experience managing several clients concurrentlyClear spoken English for live calls with United States clientsVeterinary or multi-location paid media experience strongly preferredBring veterinary paid media expertise, performance accountability, and client leadership to Blacksmith Agency’s remote PPC team.
