Alcor Solutions seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Consultant with over five years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in CSM or CRM/SOM modules and be capable of customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows. Your role will involve working alongside stakeholders to translate requirements into effective implementations, supporting all phases of development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on CSM, CRM, and SOM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate technical requirements
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation capabilities
  • Develop custom applications, scripts, and UI components
  • Support data migration, testing, and post-production activities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience in CSM and/or CRM/SOM modules
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
