As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in the production of financial statements and management reports, while contributing to various projects, including financial transformation initiatives.

You will also contribute to the creation and optimization of reporting tools to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial statements and performance reports for management.

- Participate in the implementation or optimization of accounting and reporting tools (ERP, BI, Excel/Power Query/Power BI automation).
- Collaborate on accounting process improvement and internal control projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of new practices related to the growth of the company.
- Work closely with the investment and treasury teams.
- Provide financial support to operational teams in understanding results.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes.
- Prepare external audit documentation and respond to auditors' requests.

Qualifications
- University degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- CPA designation (or in the process of being obtained) an asset.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a company or firm
- Excellent command of Excel (modeling, cross-tabbing, complex formulas).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or other data visualization tools an asset.
- Experience with a large ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.).
- Rigor, attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player and communication skills.
