JOB DUTIES
• Preparing dough, reviewing Bakery’s orders, ordering supplies, daily checking that ovens, baking and packaging equipment are in working order, deliveries
• Test ingredients and finished baked goods to ensure that each item meets quality standards
• Maintain stock to ensure a ready supply for experimental recipes
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and guiding the bakery’s personnel
• Ensure the workplace is always maintained clean and organized and work is performed in a safe manner

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of related experience
• Strong time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

BENEFITS AND SALARY
• Permanent, Full-time position
• $25.00 per hour for a minimum 30-hour workweek
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
