Position Description
CGI is seeking a Visual Designer to help market new and existing services for our Global Technology Operations Business Unit. You will work closely with Service Owners, Alliance Managers, Senior Leadership and other key stakeholders to assist in taking our services and offerings to market. Once a solution, a service or alliance has been designed/created, you will participate in creating the marketing, communications and sales collateral to get the products and services into the market.

Our ideal Visual Designer leads with client centric design thinking and thinks about service or product marketing as an end-to-end process. The ideal candidate will have digital design experience and sales enablement experience to participate in the creation of the sales collateral and underlying strategies that will help our client facing sales teams learn how to sell/position and articulate the value proposition of our services.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Visual Designer you will be working on the development of service marketing and sales enablement collateral. You’ll support all aspects of Service Marketing, as well as be a key contributor to our sales and marketing collateral design activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and design sales and marketing assets for service offerings
• Develop visualizations/graphics to articulate our service value propositions and overall strategy
• Create and design infographics
• Create and design of elements for PowerPoint presentations
• Collaborate with our business strategists to understand user and business needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful buying experiences

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Essential Qualifications & Proficiency with the following tools:
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• WordPress
• Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint & Word)
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

Desired Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in digital design
• 1+ years creating marketing collateral
• 2+ years' experience user-centered design processes

• Independent thinker, not afraid to share their Point of View and perspectives

Education and Certification:
• Progressing towards Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a creative/digital discipline
