Remote Controller: Lead Multi-Entity Finance & Costing

PGC

Paradigm Group of Companies (PGC) is seeking a Controller to own the monthly close, strengthen controls, and translate financial data into decisions across our construction and manufacturing businesses. This remote role prioritizes Okanagan-based candidates, with Kamloops preferred, and reports to the VP Finance.

You will lead accounting, reporting, and cost accounting across all PGC entities, shaping the finance function and partnering with operations and ownership to drive efficiency and
