Requirements
- 20+ years in senior HR roles, with global experience
- Significant experience as Chief People Officer or similar
- Expertise in organizational culture evolution and leadership development
- Solid capability in managing distributed teams for change
- Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM‑SCP preferred
