Head of Global Creative Operations at Brainrider

Brainrider

Lead Brainrider's innovative creative operations remotely from Canada. This full-time role requires expertise in managing workflows, building systems, and operational excellence across a global network of studios. As the Head of Creative Operations, you'll oversee how creative projects are executed at Brainrider. This involves optimizing workflows from intake to final delivery while fostering productive relationships with partner studios. You'll become the operational backbone supporting the creative vision and ensuring quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Build and own the creative delivery model across clients and studios
Establish clear workflows for project management and delivery
Identify operational gaps and develop scalable solutions
Create documentation for consistent work processes
Develop metrics to evaluate operational efficiency

Requirements:

Significant experience in creative or agency operations
Strong understanding of creative workflows and delivery
Experience managing complex projects across various brands
Excellent communication with clients and teams
Organizational skills to balance multiple priorities
