We are seeking a reliable, professional and organized receptionist to join our industrial team on a temporary, full-time basis starting immediately until July 30, 2026.
As the first point of contact for our company, All-West Crane & Rigging Ltd., you will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Route phone inquiries.
- Manage daily mail.
- Order office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Previous experience preferred.
