Engineering Team Lead II Role

In this leadership position reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you’ll coordinate engineering projects while mentoring your team. Key responsibilities include assessing workload, enhancing technical efficiency, and providing oversight on multi-discipline initiatives. You will be an essential client contact for significant projects, ensuring the alignment of service line capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team workload and assess staffing requirements
  • Mentor staff to enhance performance and technical skills
  • Oversee multi-discipline engineering projects
  • Collaborate to improve technical efficiency and delivery
  • Act as primary client contact on major projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license
  • Progressing towards P.Eng., C.E.T., or AScT designation
  • Must obtain Safety Excellence certificate
