Key responsibilities include assessing workload, enhancing technical efficiency, and providing oversight on multi-discipline initiatives. You will be an essential client contact for significant projects, ensuring the alignment of service line capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team workload and assess staffing requirements
- Mentor staff to enhance performance and technical skills
- Oversee multi-discipline engineering projects
- Collaborate to improve technical efficiency and delivery
- Act as primary client contact on major projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Progressing towards P.Eng., C.E.T., or AScT designation
- Must obtain Safety Excellence certificate
