Lead operational excellence from Canadian Blood Services’ Calgary site, using Lean methods and data analytics with at least 80% on-site presence. Drive measurable process improvement across teams.As Manager, Operational Excellence, you will implement continuous improvement principles and proven best practices. You will improve workplace organization, material flow, value streams, throughput, materials control, and customer service. The work supports employees and managers in surfacing and solving process problems.Key Responsibilities:
