Production Line Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
DGN is seeking a Line Coordinator to manage our distribution lines. If you are an individual who can successfully complete tasks, then we are interested in you.
Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership that allows distribution area to run smoothly.
Position Type: Full-time, Days
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and directions to warehouse workers on a production line to complete assigned task.
- Job require overseeing a line of production workers that involve assembling and packaging of food and other products
- Accurately and effectively communicate verbal instructions to staff, and monitor their performance.
- Inspect product as per work order instructions to ensure food safety and quality meets customer job specifications.
- Meet company productivity and quality standards
- Able to work in an environment to meet deadlines
- Other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (equivalent) or higher.
- 2 - 3 years of distribution experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to give clear instructions to staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
