As the Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly from drug dispensing to inventory management. This role requires strong clinical skills in medication administration and counseling, as well as collaboration with community health partners. The position also involves team leadership and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and drug distribution
- Conduct medication reviews and patient counseling
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for successful outcomes
- Provide training and evaluate pharmacy team performance
- Execute business growth strategies while adhering to protocols
- Registered Canadian Pharmacist in good standing
- Completion of BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training
- Injection certification and OAT-CAMPP completed
- Minimum one year of pharmacist experience
- Passion for enhancing patient health
