As a General Laborer , you will play a key role in assisting our skilled tradespeople with various landscaping and construction projects. From site preparation to installation, you'll gain hands-on experience working with different materials, tools, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and develop trade skills in the landscaping and construction industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist with landscape construction, including grading, paving, sodding, and planting
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
• Support skilled laborers with tasks such as excavation, concrete work, and retaining wall installation
• Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites remain organized and safe
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency on all job sites

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
