Hello! We are a family in Richmond looking for a caring, responsible, and reliable babysitter for our 12-year-old daughter. We are exploring flexible after-school and evening childcare options. Our needs are unpredictable due to our work schedules, so we may require help on different days, sometimes at short notice and occasionally until around 9:00 p.m. We are unable to offer a fixed weekly schedule. We are looking for someone who can help ensure our daughter's safety, stay in communication with us about her after-school arrangements, provide appropriate evening supervision, and assist with meal preparation. A Cantonese-speaking caregiver would be preferred so that we can communicate clearly. If you are comfortable with flexible, occasional bookings, we would love to hear about your availability, hourly rate, minimum booking hours, and the services you provide. Thank you!
