- Has genuine experience working with children with **ADHD/neurodivergent needs**
- Is patient, understanding and knows how to manage big emotions and challenging behaviours
- Is energetic and enjoys keeping children engaged with age\-appropriate activities
- Is dependable, punctual and trustworthy
- Has a **valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle**
- Has a current **criminal record check**
- Can provide **references**
- Is comfortable preparing simple meals/snacks and doing light child\-related duties
- Is willing to take the children to activities, parks, etc\. when appropriate
