Shape the future of healthcare in Ontario as the Director of Capacity, Access & Flow. Lead strategies to improve patient access and enhance flow across healthcare systems in the Toronto Region. In your leadership role, you will report to the Vice President and focus on innovative approaches to strengthen the healthcare system's capacity. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to translate insights from data into actionable strategies, fostering partnerships among community health stakeholders. Your contributions will make a significant difference in patient flow and overall system effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize regional capacity and access enhancements
- Utilize data to uncover barriers and develop action plans
- Cultivate strong partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
- Advocate for programs that enhance clinical capacity
- Participate in regional planning and decision-making processes
- Master’s degree in health administration or similar
- Minimum of eight years of leadership experience in healthcare
- Skills in quality improvement and change management
- Strategic problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in relationship-building and facilitation
