Engineering Business Development Representative

Engineering coverage drives this Business Development Representative position with Victaulic in Toronto, focused on technical specifications and construction relationships. Full-time work supports the GTA engineering market.Reporting to the Engineering Solutions Manager, this representative promotes Victaulic product solutions across Toronto’s construction and engineering community. The work combines business development, technical knowledge, sales, and established stakeholder relationships. Identify and cultivate business opportunities with engineers and decision-makersDrive product adoption through technical specifications and engineering requirementsWrite and develop design specifications for technical audiencesMaintain product, market application, and service knowledgeConduct small group councils with owners, engineers, and executivesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or BComExtensive construction and engineering experience in TorontoProven sales, account management, and complex sales experienceStrong engineering, communication, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel as requiredApply engineering expertise, technical sales, and Toronto market relationships to grow Victaulic solutions across the GTA.
