Our consumer business client is seeking a Project Manager (7+ years) to deliver on-site construction initiatives within defined project scopes

This position oversees planning, resource assignment, scheduling, and risk assessment aligned with organizational objectives. The role offers visibility across stakeholder groups and direct interaction with project sponsors driving accountability and change control.

Must Haves

• 7+ years in project management within construction or consumer business environments
• Demonstrated ability to define and maintain project scope and work breakdown structures
• Proficiency in developing integrated project plans , schedules, and resource allocations
• Understanding of HR systems and associated data security and confidentiality considerations
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define or evaluate a coherent project scope statement
• Develop and document detailed work breakdown structures and project plans
• Coordinate with sponsors to assign appropriate personnel and address capacity gaps
• Establish realistic task durations and integrate them into project schedules
• Identify and communicate scope and schedule risks for inclusion in risk management planning
• Collaborate with management to implement change control and track use of risk budget
• Hold team members accountable for delivering on the agreed project plan
