Quality Specialist

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Support development teams in the integration of best practices in performance, load and resilience testing;
• Design and plan application performance testing strategies;
• Perform load tests and analyze the results obtained;
• Produce deliverables and recommendations aimed at improving application quality;
• Integrate automated performance testing with continuous integration and deployment mechanisms;
• Advise teams on tools, approaches, and strategies to improve application performance and stability;
• Contribute to the evolution of the Centre of Excellence's standards, frameworks and best practices;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows

• Experience with LoadRunner and Gatling tools;
• Have expertise in load testing and application performance;
• Be familiar with complementary tools such as JMeter;
• Use monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace;
• Master DevOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, and test automation;
• Act as a consultant to development teams and stakeholders;
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills.
