Enhance student academic pathways at NOIC Academy as the Director of University Relations. Focus on building strong ties with universities in the UK and Australia to support student placements. This key position plays a central role in maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges, advising students on application processes, and organizing promotional events. You will be responsible for ensuring students are well-prepared for university admissions and maximizing recruitment opportunities through effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop essential partnerships with universities, focusing on the UK and Australia
• Coordinate and facilitate university visits and engagement activities
• Guide students through the UK and Australia application processes
• Track application progress and assist with admissions strategies
• Organize university fairs and info sessions to support student engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related discipline
• Background in education, admissions, or university relations
• Familiarity with application processes is a plus
• Outstanding communication and relationship skills
• Proven multitasking and organizational abilities
