You will play a critical role on the Third-Party SaaS Solutions team, coding and troubleshooting software that meets RBC's high standards for security and resilience. As a senior contributor, you will mentor others and lead in the application of best practices in software development. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and resolve issues in Python and Java REST APIs
- Contribute to comprehensive software solution designs
- Implement various testing strategies thoroughly
- Facilitate production and non-production issue resolutions
- Actively participate in Agile workflows with Jira and Confluence
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in development
- Proficient in Java, Python, REST API creation
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
