En tant qu’adjoint ou adjointe aux relations d’affaires, vous contribuerez au processus de prêt en établissant des liens solides avec la clientèle et en faisant preuve d’un savoir-faire pointu qui facilitera la prise de décisions et améliorera l’expérience client.

Ce que vous ferez
- Établir et entretenir de manière proactive des relations avec la clientèle. Aider à cerner les besoins et les possibilités
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs et les directrices des relations d’affaires pour évaluer les besoins de la clientèle. Communiquer proactivement avec les clientes et les clients actuels et potentiels
- Répondre aux demandes de la clientèle avec rigueur et professionnalisme afin de créer de la valeur et des occasions d’affaires
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau en offrant un soutien professionnel à la réception
- Effectuer certaines tâches administratives avec rapidité et précision
- Coordonner de manière proactive les besoins du bureau afin de résoudre les problèmes avant qu’ils n’aient un impact sur les opérations
Ce que vous apporterez à l’équipe
Qualifications Requises
- Diplôme en administration des affaires
- Au moins deux ans d’expérience connexe (ou un agencement équivalent de formation et d’expérience)
- Capacité avérée à établir et à entretenir des relations d’affaires, y compris avec des clientes et clients, des centres d’influence ou des partenaires communautaires
- Grand souci du détail et capacité à établir l’ordre de priorité des tâches à accomplir
Qualifications Privilégiées
- Avoir de l’expérience en service à la clientèle, idéalement dans le milieu financier, juridique, agricole ou consultatif
- Passion pour l’agriculture et connaissance des exploitations agricoles et du milieu des agroentreprises
