Your new role
As the Mechanical Lead, you will oversee mechanical engineering design across various building and infrastructure projects. You will guide project teams, ensure technical accuracy, provide mentorship, manage deliverables, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and efficient project execution.
What you'll need to succeed
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in mechanical building systems design including HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
