Responsibilities
- Define Lyft’s target-state Salesforce architecture and multi-org strategy across acquired and existing environments.
- Lead CRM consolidation, migration, federation, data migration, deduplication, identity resolution, object harmonization, and legacy-org decommissioning.
- Design Salesforce data models, role hierarchies, sharing mechanisms, cross-org reporting, shared reference data, territories, and scalable solutions.
- Own integration architecture between Salesforce, Boomi, Workato, and the wider GTM technology stack.
- Lead enterprise programs, system-design discussions, solution implementation planning, risk management, and long-term trade-off analysis.
- Guide application and integration best practices, Salesforce development practices, environment management, testing, and technical documentation.
- Partner with Privacy, Legal, and Security on data residency, retention, and subject-rights requirements.
- Mentor teams and drive Salesforce adoption, strategic initiatives, and return on investment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on Salesforce, including hands-on SOAP, REST, Bulk, Pub/Sub, Tooling, and Metadata API work.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect certifications are required.
- Experience owning architecture across multiple Salesforce orgs, including an org consolidation, migration, or merge.
- Strong integration experience with Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or comparable middleware.
- Data-management expertise spanning SQL/RDBMS, structured and unstructured stores, large-scale migration, matching, and deduplication.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar tools.
- Experience transitioning Salesforce processes into agentic AI solutions.
- Preferred: Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud experience, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification, M&A carve-out or post-merger GTM systems experience, multinational data-protection implementation experience, and familiarity with Tableau, Agentforce, or GenAI/agentic tooling.
