Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We're hiring an innovative social media coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. As a member of the digital marketing team, you'll assist the social media manager in developing a multi-channel social media strategy, create dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identify key digital media opportunities, engage with influencers, and report analytics on web traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content
• Work with the social media manager to establish our brand's online identity
• Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Client Management: Manage multiple clients and their marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
• Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality conversions for clients.
• Marketing & Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote client services and products.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and generate monthly reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations
• KPI Management: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and optimize for better performance.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Client Meetings: Conduct monthly meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, insights, and next steps.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic recommendations.
• AI Tools & Automation: Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, automation, and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience as a social media strategist, marketing coordinator, or related position
• Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms
• Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video
• Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Paid Advertising Expertise: Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Lead Generation Knowledge: Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and conversion optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• CRM & Reporting: Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting software.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Client-Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships.
• AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and automation strategies.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets for multiple clients.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to clients.
