Sutherland Watt CPA's are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Adoption Administrative Support Specialist. This role is crucial for facilitating the digital adoption process within our firm and may evolve into a full-time office manager position. It requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Digital Adoption and Administrative Support:

• Assist in implementing digital tools and technologies within the firm.
• Provide training and support to team members on digital platforms, software, and general administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transition and adoption of digital processes.
• Assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
• Provide support in office management duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Suite, and electronic file management are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is not necessary, but preferred.
• A strong drive and willingness to learn are essential.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Office management: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
