Conversational Ai Product Owner

Shape Conversational AI strategy and customer experiences as Enercare’s Digital Product Owner in Markham, Ontario. Apply product ownership and analytics skills daily.This regular, full-time role owns Enercare’s current and future AI-powered customer interactions across outbound and inbound channels. You will define product vision, roadmap, objectives, and prioritized backlogs. The role translates customer, business, and operational problems into requirements and acceptance criteria. It also uses performance data and feedback to guide decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Conversational AI vision, roadmap, objectives, and prioritized backlogTranslate problems into product outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteriaPrioritize trade-offs across value, benefits, risk, impact, and effortMonitor KPIs and targets to diagnose underperformanceCommunicate priorities, risks, decisions, and performance to stakeholdersRequirements:
Three to five-plus years in product ownership or managementBachelor’s degree in a related technical, business, or analytics fieldStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skillsExperience working in Agile environments, with Scrum requiredConversational AI, IVR, APIs, or integrations knowledge is an assetBring product ownership, analytics, and stakeholder leadership to Enercare’s evolving Conversational AI experiences in Markham.
