Coach clients toward health and fitness goals as a Personal Trainer with GoodLife Fitness in Scarborough, Ontario. Build tailored programming from each client’s history and goals.
GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Personal Trainer to develop a client roster and support clients throughout their fitness journeys. You will understand health histories, create effective programming, promote GoodLife training programs, and manage client service administration. The role requires coaching ability, relationship building, adaptability, and commitment to personal health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out new clients for personal training services
- Understand client health histories and future goals
- Develop tailored, effective programming for individual clients
- Promote GoodLife training programs supporting client journeys
- Use GoodLife tools and software for administration
Requirements:
- Accrue nationally recognized certification within 75 employment days
- Passion for helping others and personal fitness
- Ability to coach and bring out others’ best
- Adaptability and willingness to receive candid coaching
- Ability to build and foster relationships
