What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern- Digital Experience & Media Design Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Toronto Bay Street
Expected start date: September 2026
Duration: 8 months
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
By joining our group of “Career Starters” you will be the creative design talent on our team. Most of your work will fall within these four categories:
- media design for business application (presentations, internal marketing),
- user engagement through design excellence,
- translating business concepts to visual representations, and
- data analysis and reporting. The specific tasks include:
- Taking complex concepts and turning them into simple illustrations
- Improving the user experience and user engagement on our internal social media platform through data analysis and innovative design
- Supporting the Skill Management Team with their media design needs
- Testing and pushing the boundaries of AI to do data analysis and produce informative reports that help the business make data-based decisions
- Testing and pushing the boundaries of AI in creating visual assets and videos for enablement purposes.
- Making good design decisions while incorporating changes recommended by project stakeholders
- Producing an original business case study on the topic of User Experience that will be used in future enablement activities
- Communicating with many different people, in various industries and positions, from around the world

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
The ideal candidates will be 70% Media Designer, 20% Business Analyst, 5% Techie, 5% Excellent Communicator. A background that demonstrates that you can do media design but also other things will be given preference. Candidates should be a team player, have excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and business.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Must be able to create print-ready images and presentations
- Curiosity of how AI tools can be used to be most effective and productive
Need to be willing to learn and develop
- Advanced MS Powerpoint design skills
- Video and audio media creation and editing and be willing to expand in this field
- Blogging using different social media platforms
