You will play a central role in organizing the activities of technicians in the field, depending on the territory’s needs and the number of technicians to coordinate.

You will also be providing support during colleagues’ absences or vacations, which requires to understand all the coordination aspects of the position.

You will be responsible for planning inspection and maintenance assignments in close collaboration with external customers and certified technicians, ensuring smooth and high‑quality service.

• Prepare quotes and follow up on recurring mandates
• Respond to email and phone call inquiries and make initial contacts
• Manage billing to clients and complete the required documentation for mandates
• Contact person between customer service and technician on the road in Ontario
• Plan routes and work schedules while managing unexpected events
• Assign routes to technicians to ensure continuous and efficient services to our customers
• Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers
• Take charge of projects and process optimization

• Satisfaction level of our external and internal clients
• Complete mandates and maintenance assignments according to our standards and set deadlines
• Operational optimization and process standardization

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and administrative diligence
• Adaptability and problem‑solving ability
