Enhance Medcan's client offerings by leading the Assessments portfolio as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Utilize analytics to improve revenue and client satisfaction across services. This strategic role involves ownership of the P&L for Medcan’s Annual Health Assessment and Live Well Assessments. Your responsibilities will span revenue planning, performance optimization, and client experience, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. By identifying key performance gaps, you will implement data-driven improvements to boost client retention and commercial success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue planning and growth initiatives
- Monitor portfolio performance and profitability
- Implement strategies for optimizing client experiences
- Analyze data to inform commercial strategy adjustments
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- 8-12 years in commercial strategy or service operations
- Strong capability in handling analytics and performance data
- Experience in funnel optimization and client engagement
- Excellent influencing skills across functions
- Background in healthcare or premium services preferred
