The Role:
Madera Kitchen and Bath is hiring a Cabinet Finisher to join our growing team! We specialize in high-end residential cabinetry and are looking for the right individual to provide industry leading finishing. What Youll Be Doing: Prepping wood finished and polyurethane solid color top coats.Intake material from our production shop. learn to spray and stain cabinets, doors, trim, and related surfaces.
Maintain high quality standards and complete rework if required.
Keep the mixing room and finishing shop clean, organized, and well stocked.
Collaborate with the team to stay on schedule and hit deadlines Log working time and project progress in INNERGY (our job tracking software - used to log work and keep everyone aligned)
What Were Looking For: 1-2 years of Custom cabinet finishing in a production shop environment (required)
Strong understanding of coatings, prep work, and retouching and shading.
ability to match and make stain colors from scratch using dies
Experience using Pressure pots, Kremlin airless air assist equipment.
A Great attitude and willingness to both learn and teach.
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
