Job Description

Do you take pride in crafting authentic, artisan-style pizza from scratch? This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and precision while growing your culinary career in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The day to day:

• Prepare authentic, handmade artisan pizzas while upholding O&B’s exceptional quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and creative pizza menu offerings for our guests.
• Support the Sous Chef, Chef, and/or General Manager with daily Food Hall operations.
• Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Apply the FIFO method to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Assist with food inventory management, receiving, and proper storage of deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; prior pizza-making or Italian cuisine experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of dough preparation, stretching.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary training or certification is an asset but not required — passion and skill are what matter most!
• Food Handlers and First Aid certified, preferred
• Available for daytime, evening shifts and Holidays as needed
• This is a full time position
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
