[Nouvelle IP/New IP - PC/Console] Lead Testeur(-euse) QA Intégré - Lead QA Embedded Tester

Job Overview

Here at Gameloft, we create moments of happiness for our players all over the world through exciting gaming experiences. This is our mission, and it has been the same for over 25 years. We are the proud creators of Asphalt, Dungeon Hunter, Modern Combat, and over 200 other great games. We are now expanding to cross‑platform games on PC and consoles, with titles such as Disney Speedstorm and Disney Dreamlight Valley.

We take great pride in our differences and draw on them to create games just as diverse as we are.

Under the supervision of the Game Manager and working closely with the developers, the Lead QA Embedded Tester will conduct comprehensive, hands‑on testing of the game to maintain deep, first‑hand knowledge of the product at all times.

• Triage incoming issues from the outsource team, vetting each for quality, accuracy, reproducibility, and scope relevance
• Own the bug database and workflow end‑to‑end, ensuring it always reflects the true state of the product
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and testing strategies in accordance with project goals and milestone targets
• Monitor test progress and coverage, flagging risks or gaps to Production
• Keep all department and project documentation current, including test plans, coverage reports, and process docs
• Keep Game Manager informed of testing status, blockers, and any scope or quality concerns

• Fluency in English and French (both oral and written) as the role involves frequent interactions and handling documentation for international partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep documentation, bug databases, and coverage reports current and accurate
• Ability to adapt to production needs and timelines
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
