Job Title: Windows Directory & Server Administrator

Work Model: Hybrid (Up to 4 Days/Week Onsite)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Windows Active Directory Administrator with strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server environments to support AD upgrade and migration initiatives. The role involves AD administration, domain controller migrations, server rebuilds, troubleshooting, and infrastructure readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and DNS environments.
  
• Identify and resolve AD replication and domain controller issues.
  
• Support AD migration activities to Windows Server 2019 .
  
• Rebuild and deploy servers using MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) .
  
• Perform domain controller promotion, validation, and readiness checks.
  
• Execute scripts, analyze results, and generate migration reports.
  
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, OS, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
  
• Document configurations, issues, resolutions, and implementation activities.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery activities.
  

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD) and DNS Administration .
  
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Windows 11 .
  
• Hands-on experience with AD Replication Troubleshooting .
  
• Knowledge of Domain Controller Promotion and AD Migration processes.
  
• Experience with MDT , scripting, server staging, and validation activities.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
