Starbucks Supervisor - Dalhousie

Alongside a retail management team who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Run clean, well-organized shifts that prioritize safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

• Team Coaching & Development: Lead, motivate, and support partners during shifts. Provide real-time feedback and foster a positive team environment.

• Customer Experience: Model customer-first behaviors and handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism.

• Inventory & Cash Handling: Assist with inventory management, product ordering, drawer balancing, and cash management routines.

• Quality & Standards: Ensure all coffee, beverages, and food items are prepared to Starbucks standards, strictly following health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years' leadership experience experience required 
• 1+ years' food services experience required
• Experience working with Starbucks, or similar speciality coffee franchise an asset
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards considered an asset
• Strong organizational and team building skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Flexible schedule as some evening, weekend, and/or holiday work may be required

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00.
