Held, seeks an experienced Professional Engineer to deliver building code, fire, and life safety consulting services. You will manage projects, support clients, develop compliance strategies, and mentor junior staff across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The position supports projects from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities:
Provide building code, fire, and life safety consulting servicesDevelop practical code strategies supporting project goals and complianceReview design documents and identify code-related risksPrepare code analyses, reports, and alternative solutionsManage projects, client communication, schedules, budgets, and deliverablesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplineFive-plus years of relevant consulting or engineering experienceAlberta P.Eng. registration through APEGA or immediate eligibilityKnowledge of National Building Code Alberta Edition Parts 3 and 9Experience preparing technical reports and compliance documentationApply your P.Eng. credentials, code analysis, project management, and fire safety expertise with GHL Consultants in Alberta.
