Experience summer excitement as a Cabin Counsellor with Camp Kodiak's Adult Program in Burks Falls, Ontario. Join Camp Kodiak as a Cabin Counsellor, where you will play a vital role in assisting adult campers throughout their stay. You'll facilitate activities, build community, and ensure safety during this two-month, full-time position. Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education or relevant work experience and may hold certifications like PCO, National Lifeguarding, or Bronze Cross. Key Responsibilities:
- Support campers in various daily activities
- Facilitate engaging adult programming
- Maintain a safe environment for all participants
- Live on-site, ensuring staff presence
- Assist in meal preparation and service
- Minimum 1 year of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Certification in PCO, National Lifeguarding, or Bronze Cross preferred
- Passion for recreation and supporting adult learning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to commit through August 31, 2026
